You'll do great with all your training and uphill strength- Leatham is early so we'll make sure you remember to eat and drink as you go by. If my runner ends up not needing a pacer, maybe you or one of the other front runners could use me (though I will be sore from my marathon 1 week before).

I've been popping out 100 mile weeks since Jupiter (a first for me) and hope to PR at TOU marathon in a few weeks. Then no more road racing as I gear up for the Rocky Raccoon 100 and Bear 100 in 2010.

By the way, just saw you are on the Nuun team- congrats. So do you have dual sponsorship, now (Nuun and La Sportiva)?Jon Allenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10550264057212165804noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5508829771694177146.post-75202669141048579222009-09-04T16:40:13.923-07:002009-09-04T16:40:13.923-07:00Alex- I am not sure about the Boundary trail for a...Alex- I am not sure about the Boundary trail for a race, it is pretty burly, maybe earlier perhaps w/ the wildflower fest?

Jon- Yep it is going to be my first 100, I am pretty nervous, look forward to seeing you at Leatham? Have you still been running super strong since Jupiter Peak?Lukehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11527089607362270019noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5508829771694177146.post-38412002539869971382009-09-04T16:27:21.475-07:002009-09-04T16:27:21.475-07:00Is the Bear going to be your first 100?

So I'll see you there.Jon Allenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10550264057212165804noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5508829771694177146.post-16044059273131384982009-09-02T20:20:22.401-07:002009-09-02T20:20:22.401-07:00Hang tough at Bear - remember PATIENCE!
