I wrote a complete Wasatch 100 report for the La Sportiva Mountain Running Blog, it can be found here. It's pretty long so give yourself a little time. Feel free to comment here after reading it to let me know what you thought of the report.
Really enjoyed the report. You showed extreme toughness in gutting out the finish. Nice work. And congrats to you and Tanae. Now go get your knee better!
(By the way, I have seen 5k race reports longer than this one- it really was pretty short for a 100..)
Way to go on all you have got Luke. I am impressed every time I tune in here. I have yet to see it end well for a runner who takes a cortisone shot. It seems to work well for others though just not for the super humans. By the way, where do you find the o with the two little dots over it?
First congrats on the new addition! Wow- what a report and race. I will guarantee this report will inspire so many other runners. Congrats on a great race. You can accomplish anything! It was nice seeing and catching up abit. Heal quick... Aric
Sounds like an awesome day of work!

Found some real cool trails around Cheyenne. You will have to come visit and do some altitude training with me.
